Soju Kurup, SHRM-SCP, is a purpose-driven executive with over 15 years of experience in strategic initiatives and operations management. They began their career as an Expense Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group, later advancing to roles including Project Manager at LaFrance Corporation and various managerial positions at Comcast. Currently, as the Senior Director of Strategy, Planning, and Operations at Comcast, they lead efforts to streamline learning product management workflows for over 400 employees. Educated at Drexel University, Soju holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration/Accounting and Information Systems/Database Administration.
