Stefan Backhaus is a design leader with an MBA who champions strategic UX to deliver business results at Comcast NBCUniversal. Having begun their career at RealTime Media, Stefan gained experience as a User Experience Designer at SAP, focusing on user interface and information architecture. They held various roles at Comcast, including Associate Creative Director and Principal UX Designer, where they led major redesigns of Xfinity’s support ecosystem. Currently, Stefan serves as Creative Director, continuing to innovate in user experience design. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science in E-Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas Jefferson University, along with a degree in International Business from the School of International Business in Reutlingen.
