Stephanie Venne

Stephanie Venne is the Sr. Director of HR at Comcast, where they provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on talent management and employee engagement. Previously, they held various HR roles at Comcast, including Director of HR Operations and Coordinator of Diversity & Inclusion, where they managed operations impacting over 3,500 employees. Stephanie began their career as an Alumni Relations Telefunding Representative at RuffaloCODY, raising significant donations for NYU Scholarships. They earned a BA in Psychology and Journalism from New York University and completed the Board Leadership & Governance Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
