Steve Blechman

Steve Blechman is a retired HR technology professional with extensive experience in optimizing technology for HR functions across various organizations. They began their career as a Compensation Analyst at Macy's and later held several prominent roles, including HRIS Coordinator at Berkeley Lab and Executive Director of Human Resources at Princeton University. Their consulting expertise grew as they led PeopleSoft implementations at Towers Perrin and The Hunter Group. Currently serving as Director of Core HCM Solutions at Comcast, Steve continues to leverage their skills in HR technology strategy and systems management. Steve holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
