Steve Tate

Steve Tate has extensive experience in training, leadership development, and law enforcement. With a tenure at Comcast Cable from October 2008 to January 2010 as the Southwest Regional Training Manager, responsibilities included overseeing training in leadership, sales, and customer care. Tate continued with Comcast from February 2016 to March 2018, serving in multiple roles focused on security investigations and learning and development, particularly in leadership training and employee engagement. Prior experience includes co-ownership of Law Enforcement Training International, offering specialized training to government agencies and private businesses. During a long career with the Albuquerque Police Department, Tate held various leadership positions, including Director of Training for the Albuquerque Police Academy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, a Certificate of Law Enforcement Management from the FBI National Academy, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University, and earlier studies in architecture at The University of New Mexico.
