Susan Binette is a Senior Remedy Developer and Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in the software development lifecycle for customized Remedy applications. Currently at Comcast since 2004, Susan is responsible for the development and support of a major Remedy application, interfacing with multiple billing systems and maintaining synchronized environments. Prior to this role, from 1992 to 2003, Susan served as a Customer Support Manager and Remedy Developer at INVESCO Funds Group, where they managed help desk operations and supported a large network of desktops. Susan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from DePaul University and a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Carroll College.
