Tamara Arties has a Bachelor of Science in Business and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management. Tamara has worked at Comcast for over 28 years, spanning various roles including Operations, Senior Learning and Development Professional, Sr. Program Manager, and currently as a SCRUM Coach/Agile Project Lead. In their current role, Tamara collaborates with cross-functional teams to continually improve scalable ULearn Solutions product portfolios and technologies. Tamara ensures the teams stay on track and improve agile processes to deliver high-quality products. Throughout their career, Tamara has demonstrated expertise in training development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as team management and leadership.
