Tiffany Harvey

Tiffany Harvey is a seasoned professional in government and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs since October 2023 and as VP of Government & Regulatory Affairs for Maryland and Delaware at Comcast since October 2021. Previous positions include Director of State Government and Community Affairs at Verizon and Legislative Director for the Office of the County Executive in Prince George’s County. Tiffany also worked as Chief Counsel for Legislative Affairs and Deputy Counsel for Civil Rights and Legislative Affairs at the Office of the Attorney General in Maryland, where involvement included legislative advocacy and civil rights mediation. Tiffany’s earlier experience includes roles as a Litigation Associate at Selective Insurance, Associate County Attorney at the Prince George's County Office of Law, and Associate at the Law Office of Mike Miller. Tiffany holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
