Toby Erickson

Toby Erickson is the Senior Director of Accessibility at Comcast, where they drive the strategic vision for accessibility initiatives and manage a centralized team of experts. They previously held positions such as Accessibility Manager at Target, where they developed compliance policies and guided digital experiences to be inclusive. With a background in creative leadership and a commitment to inclusive design, Toby has directed diverse teams and established shared accessibility goals throughout their career. They earned a BA in Communications and Art from Wheaton College.
