Senior Director, CX Analytics, Strategy and Process Improvement

Vienitsa Stratan has extensive experience in financial analysis, marketing operations, and business analytics. Starting with KPMG from 2002 to 2005 in Assurance Services, Vienitsa then transitioned to Comcast, where from February 2007 to August 2009, various leadership roles were held, including Senior Director of CX Analytics, Strategy and Process Improvement, and Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, overseeing significant subscriber forecasts and marketing reporting functions. Prior experience includes working at Saint-Gobain in Internal Controls from 2005 to 2007. Vienitsa holds a degree from Drexel University, completed between 2000 and 2002.
