Weidong Mao

Weidong Mao is a highly experienced professional with a background in electrical engineering. With a Ph.D. from Princeton University, Weidong has held key positions at companies such as Comcast, Liberate Technologies, MoreCom, Motorola, and Philips. Currently serving as the Senior Fellow at Comcast, Weidong leads the Strategic Architecture and Technology group, overseeing the development of key technology platforms. Throughout their career, Weidong has played a crucial role in the development of technologies related to interactive TV, video on demand, broadband networks, and video compression algorithms.
