Whitney Williams

Whitney Williams is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. As Managing Director at Teach For America, Whitney co-designed DEI sessions and enhanced alumni engagement while overseeing teacher development. In subsequent roles, Whitney fostered relationships with school principals and managed new teacher cohorts. Currently serving as a Performance Coach at District Management Group, Whitney focuses on amplifying teacher impact and analyzing student achievement data. Additionally, as Senior Product Manager for Comcast's DEI Portfolio, Whitney leads cross-functional teams on DEI initiatives and oversees a diverse range of leadership and learning products. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University and an Education Specialist degree in Counseling from the University of South Carolina.
