Amit Ashur

Adv. Amit Ashur is a senior partner at Noff, Oren, Benami & Co., where they head the Arbitration and Mediation department. Specializing in commercial law, Amit gained extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation of complex cases, including shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and insolvency issues. Prior to their current role, Amit was a managing partner at Dr. J. Segev & Co., leading high-profile cases both locally and internationally. Amit also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Tel Aviv University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Law from The Hebrew University. Currently, Amit serves as Director of Business Development at Neos Tech and as a Director at COMDA.
