Tom Charif

Tom Charif has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Adika. In this role, they contributed to various HR functions. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Bank Leumi, where they played an essential role in recruiting and acquiring talented individuals. Currently, they are working at COMDA since 2021 and holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, they manage the entire recruiting process and ensures a positive candidate experience. Tom will soon be promoted to Director Talent Acquisition.

Tom Charif earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College from 2013 to 2016.
