Gauthier de Smet

Gauthier de Smet has over 10 years of experience in the SAP HR field. Gauthier began their career in 2007 as a SAP HR Consultant at Logica. In 2008, they moved to Emeritis as a SAP HR Consultant, where they were responsible for the analysis, design, build, deployment and support of multiple SAP HCM modules. In 2013, they became the Business Integration Lead at Comentec, driving the strategy, analysis, design, build and deployment of innovative integration solutions to connect SAP with 3rd party systems and services. Theirdomains of expertise include SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP ERP, as well as SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework).

Gauthier de Smet obtained a Management Engineering degree from the Universit\u00e9 catholique de Louvain between 2001 and 2006. In 2005, they attended Clemson University for a Management Engineering program. Gauthier also has four certifications: SAP Certification Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud / Core Hybrid (1708) obtained in September 2018, P_HCMWPM_65 - SAP Certified Application Professional - HCM Workforce Process Management with EhP5 obtained from SAP Belgium in December 2011, C_THR12_64 - SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with EhP4 obtained from SAP Belgium in October 2010, and Product Skills - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration to SAP Business Suite obtained from SAP in July 2021.
