Our mission is to protect creators, elevate voices, and make sure every client we serve gets paid what they’re worth and keeps what they’ve built to protect their legacy.

Music Business
Our firm provides comprehensive counsel across the full spectrum of music and entertainment transactions, including recording and publishing agreements, album-related contracts (such as producer, side artist, and songwriter agreements), and asset purchase agreements for catalogue sales. We also advise clients on live performance arrangements—including Las Vegas residencies—along with merchandising deals, joint venture structures, and holding agreements designed for developing talent.

Brand Partnerships
We represent clients in sponsorship and endorsement deals where they serve as brand ambassadors, ensuring their image and interests are strategically protected. Our firm also structures license and joint venture agreements to build new brands or co-branded products—always with a focus on preserving our clients’ ownership and creative control.

General Matters
Beyond transactional work, we act as a trusted partner in managing our clients’ broader professional and personal interests. Our firm serves as a liaison when hiring outside counsel for matters such as criminal, family, tax, trademark, and corporate law. We also help build and coordinate client teams—including PR, business management, management, and administrative professionals—and draft or review essential agreements such as work-for-hire contracts, NDAs, and appearance releases.
