Alan Gardner

Alan Gardner is an accomplished executive currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Comerica Bank since July 2023, where involvement in the Governance, Compensation, and Nominating Committee is noted. As the Chief People Officer at Frontier Communications since June 2021, Alan provides strategic human resources leadership. Prior experience includes serving as an ICEO Peer Advisor at Lee Hecht Harrison, offering guidance to C-suite and senior-level clients during career transitions, and various leadership roles at Verizon from March 2006 to December 2019, including Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Verizon Wireless. Alan holds an Executive MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and management certificates from The University of Texas at Austin.
