Clara Sohan

Clara Sohan has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, having held various leadership roles at several prominent financial institutions. From 2000 to 2001, Clara served as Assistant Vice President in Merchant Banking at GE Capital. Clara continued to build a robust career at MUFG as Vice President in Special Assets from 2002 to 2005, and later at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2005 to 2009 as Vice President in Mid-Corporate Banking. Subsequently, Clara worked at Bank of America from 2009 to 2011, holding multiple positions, including Senior Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Special Assets and Leveraged Transactions. Clara then transitioned to City National Bank, serving as Vice President in both Credit Policy and Special Assets from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Clara is the Senior Vice President of Credit Administration at Comerica Bank since May 2025. Clara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
