Jonathan Riemer currently serves as Vice President, Senior Counsel at Comerica Bank since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Vice President, Assistant General Counsel - Deposits at First Republic Bank from July 2022 to September 2023, providing legal support for the bank's retail and commercial deposits business. Jonathan's extensive experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. spanned a decade, during which time legal support was provided across various sectors, including Consumer & Community Banking and mortgage banking. Earlier in Jonathan's career, work as an Associate Attorney involved representing financial institutions in foreclosure and eviction proceedings, as well as matters concerning domestic relations and creditor’s rights litigation. Jonathan earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
