Daniel Catalan

Daniel Catalan is a Firmware Engineer at COMET Technologies USA, Inc. since October 2014, where responsibilities include developing and designing firmware for feedback-controlled systems in high power RF generators and impedance matching networks. Previously, Daniel interned at NASA Ames Research Center in 2012, focusing on analyzing human control in rotated frames and performing data analysis using Matlab. Daniel also served as a robotics teacher at Horace Mann Middle School from January 2011 to June 2012, educating students in robotics fundamentals and facilitating competitions, and worked as an engineering tutor at San Francisco State University between 2010 and 2012. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Francisco State University, earned in 2012.
