Jochen Dietel brings extensive expertise in technical customer support and service management within the industrial X-ray inspection systems sector. Since January 2006, Jochen has been with Comet Group, initially serving as a Senior Service Engineer and currently as the Technical Customer Support Manager, leading the technical services team and managing customer support, installation, training, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Prior to this role, Jochen worked at Comet North America as a Service Team Leader and held service management positions at phoenix|x-ray and Feinfocus companies. Jochen's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Medical Device Design from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
