Gideon Mendels

Gideon Mendels is the CEO and co-founder of Comet, a company that uses AI to analyse chat conversations from Whatsapp, Line, and other group messaging platforms. Prior to Comet, Gideon was a software engineer at Google, where they worked on Deep Learning research. Gideon also founded GoMatkot.com, Israel's largest exporter for racquets and other sports goods. In 2017, GoMatkot was acquired by a larger company.

Gideon Mendels received both their Bachelor's and Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
