Mark Schonrock

Mark Schonrock is currently the Director of Special Projects at Cometa, where they manage new asset oversight, execution, diversification, and property development. With a strong passion for construction, Mark has previously held senior roles at companies such as Concor Construction and Murray & Roberts, focusing on estimating, development management, and contract management. Mark earned a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town and has extensive experience in managing every phase of project development from inception to completion.
