Harini Ramanathan

Harini Ramanathan began their work experience in 2018 as an HR Intern at TVS Sundram Fasteners Ltd. Harini then worked as an HR Trainee at RANE MADRAS LTD for a short period. In 2018, they also served as an HR intern at STAR VIJAY TELEVISION PVT LTD. Starting in 2019, they joined Cholayil Private Limited as a Human Resources Executive, where they worked until January 2022. Currently, they hold a position in Human Resources at CometChat since April 2022.

Harini Ramanathan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Plant biology and plant biotechnology from the University of Madras in 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Tamil Nadu Jobs between 2017 and 2019.
