Elsa Béchour

Elsa Béchour is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across leadership roles in various organizations. Currently, Elsa serves as a member of Comète, a personal board for women leaders. Previously, Elsa held several positions at Zenchef, including Chief People & Culture Officer, VP People & Culture, and Head of People, where Elsa developed strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee experiences. Elsa's prior experience includes leadership roles at Launchmetrics and Margo, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations. Additionally, Elsa has a strong background in HR partnerships and project management from working at Volkswagen Financial Services. Elsa holds multiple master's degrees, including one from Sciences Po Toulouse in Public Affairs and another in Law and Business Management from Toulouse School of Management.
