Leonardo Arraez

Leonardo Arraez is a seasoned telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in IPX and roaming technologies. Currently serving as a Senior IPX Engineer at Comfone AG since July 2018, Arraez previously held the positions of Roaming Technical Manager and Technical Project Manager at Transatel, where responsibilities included the planning, testing, and implementation of complex projects related to GSM/UMTS and LTE services. Arraez's background also encompasses roles in core network engineering, research on mobility management, and various engineering positions in notable companies such as Huawei Technologies and CANTV. With a Master’s degree in Computer and Communication Networks from Telecom SudParis and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from UNEXPO, Arraez combines strong technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of network architectures and operations.
