Rui Ribeiro

Rui Ribeiro has a diverse work experience across various companies. Rui began their career at Novabase as an Analyst before transitioning into the role of Associate Consultant. From there, Rui worked as a Software Developer at ALERT Life Sciences Computing, S.A. for two years. Following this, Rui joined the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine (ISPM) as a Software Developer, where they were involved in the development and maintenance of medical outcomes data collection and storage applications. Rui then moved on to Comfone AG, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Software Developer, Technical Product Manager, and currently, Head of Data Management Services.

Rui Ribeiro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Computing Engineering from Universidade do Minho, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Rui has also obtained several certifications. These certifications include Management and Leadership from KMU, Familienunternehmen und Entrepreneurship, Universität St.Gallen (HSG) in October 2021, Professional Scrum Product Owner from Zühlke Group in March 2020, Scrum Essentials from Zühlke Group in February 2020, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2017, and First Certificate in English (FCE) Level B2 from the University of Cambridge in February 2005.
