They began their career at Flint Group, where they focused on process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies. Subsequently, Woods held numerous leadership roles at Siemens Healthineers, managing significant budgets and driving cost savings, before transitioning to a consulting role and ultimately founding ComForCare to provide in-home care services. Woods holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Michigan, and continues to advance in the procurement field.
