Brian Johnson has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Brian began their career in 1998 as a Help Desk Admin for The Gambrinus Company. In 2000, they took on the role of Support - Team Lead for Stracon - SuperPC Memory. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Web Admin for UTSA. After that, they joined Rackspace in 2005 as a Technical Support Manager - International and Program Manager - Support Operations. In 2012, they became the Director of Client Services for Blue Box. Brian Johnson obtained their BA in Political Science and Economics from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2000 and 2004. Brian has obtained a Certified Support Manager from Service Strategy in November 2019, an ITIL Service Operation from New Horizon in May 2010, and an Advanced Google Analytics from Google in November 2019.
