Colm Nee

Colm Nee is the current Head of Technology at Comfy. Prior to this, they were the Head of Product Mangement and Strategy at Siemens Canada from August 2019 to August 2021. Nee has also worked as a quantitative analyst and actuarial intern at various companies, including Enlighted Inc, Allianz Global Investors, risklab GmbH, and Credit Suisse. Colm has experience in digitalization, econometrics, statistical modelling, credit risk, product management, and Agile project management. Nee has a strong background in mathematics and statistics, which they use to advise clients and portfolio managers on portfolio risk and performance analytics. Colm is also experienced in the management, training, and recruitment of young quants.

Colm Nee has a PhD in financial mathematics from Imperial College London, and an Executive MBA in business administration and management from ESMT Berlin. Colm also has a MMath in mathematics from the University of Bath, and has completed the Advanced Risk and Portfolio Management Bootcamp from ARPM.

They are on a team with Laura Heinrich - Head of Marketing, Josh Beck - Head of Operations, and Franco Castaldini - Head of Product. Colm Nee reports to Stefan Schwab, CEO.
