Kas Shirley

Kas Shirley is the Lead Advisor at ComGrow, a previous company. Shirley has also worked with AgriPredict, Amano Capital, Corporate Integrity Ltd., Lusaka Grocery Delivery Company, and Pangaea Securities - BAGL. With Corporate Integrity Ltd., Shirley was an Associate from November 2016 to May 2018. At Pangaea Securities - BAGL, Shirley held the positions of Balanced & Equity Fund Analyst/ Capital raising & Private Equity Analyst/ Financial Advisor from April 2015 to June 2016. In this role, Shirley was responsible for formulating prospectus booklets for Initial Public Offerings and Initial Note Offerings, leading analyst in an M&A deal, equity and bond market analysis for Asset Management, and more. Shirley has also worked in private equity and capital raising advisory for small and medium scale businesses.
