William Baker has extensive experience in community support and recovery services, beginning with roles in road construction at Gray and Son from March 2002 to March 2006. Subsequently, William served as a Recovery Coach and CPS at PRO-ACT from 2007 to 2011, where responsibilities included developing recovery plans and facilitating support groups. Since May 2009, William has worked at COMHAR as a Certified Peer Specialist and Employment Specialist, focusing on group facilitation, recovery support, and community integration. Academically, William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ashford University and an Associate of Arts in Human Services from Baltimore City Community College.
