Morgan Lockyer

Morgan Lockyer is the current Operations Lead at CoMind. Before that, they were with Ops Stories and Synthesized, where they created Operations functionality from the ground up, working directly with the CEO. Morgan has also held a number of positions at Topia over 6.5 years, starting as an intern and working their way up to Operations Manager. There, they implemented a data tracking sheet for the Customer Success and Finance teams, which facilitated the recovery of $13 million. Morgan also led the technical implementation from kick-off to go-live in 80 days, surpassing the 90-day target. Additionally, Morgan created the Topia Pilot Program, which allows potential customers a try-and-buy experience. Prior to Topia, Morgan was a Literary Assistant at Susanna Lea Associates and a General Counsel Paralegal at Crane & Co.

Morgan Lockyer has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Northeastern University and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Queen Mary University of London.
