Michelle O'Neal

Michelle O'Neal has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Operations departments since 2001. Michelle started their career as an Office Manager at PharmaNet, Inc. in 2001, followed by an Editorial Assistant role at Cambridge Who's Who in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Content Developer for Michelle Lee and Cambridge Who's Who. From 2009 to 2017, they held three roles at Wide Web Marketing, including Director of Operations, Project Manager, and Content Developer. In 2017, they joined Comit Developers as VP of Operations & HR, and later became Director of Operations & Human Resources, facilitating the merger of Wide Web Marketing and Comit Developers' website development teams. In 2022, they took on a Human Resources Consultant role at hampr. Additionally, in 2004 and 2017, they held intern and generalist roles, respectively, at Scholastic and Rally Marketing.

Michelle O'Neal has a diverse educational background. Michelle received their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communications from New York University between 2001 and 2005. Michelle then earned a Certificate in Computer Graphics from Molloy University between 2006 and 2007. Currently, they are pursuing their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Graduate School, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, Michelle has obtained several certifications, including the Getting Talent Back to Work from the SHRM Foundation in March 2022, the Veterans at Work from the SHRM Foundation in January 2021, the Talent Optimization Consultant Certification from TalentOptimization.org by The Predictive Index in June 2020, the Employing Abilities @Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation in May 2020, and the G Suite: Deployment Services Specialist from Google Cloud | G Suite in May 2019.
