Stefan Freyer

Stefan Freyer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in IT leadership and strategic management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at COMLINE AG Computer & Softwarelösungen since January 2018, Stefan has held significant roles, including Member of the Executive Board and COO at Serrala from March 2019 to May 2022, focusing on IT governance, strategic planning, and post-merger integration. Previously, Stefan was a Member of the Executive Board and CSO at Allgeier Enterprise Services AG, and a Member of the Executive Committee and CIO/COO at QSC AG, where responsibilities included IT organization and managed services. Stefan began a career at INFO AG, holding multiple leadership roles including CIO/COO and VP Consulting & Application Management, and also served as Director of SAP Consulting at systematics group.
