Guy Eyal

Guy is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in commercial law focusing in the technology sector, corporate law, and capital markets. With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Guy has represented a wide range of global clients across various industries in local and cross-border transactions, both in their commercial activities mainly in the software, hardware, electronics, defense, and finance sectors (advising clients on complex technology transactions, including software licensing, cloud computing, and data privacy) as well as in their corporate aspects leading cross border M&A, joint ventures, public and private fundraising, and capital markets activities. Prior to joining Comm-IT as its head of legal and general counsel, Guy was a partner in the technology and corporate practice of Hermann, Makov & Co. and Naschitz, Brandes, Amir Co. one of Israel’s preeminent law firms. As the head of legal and general counsel, Guy is responsible for managing all legal affairs of the group. Guy holds an LLB law degree from the College of Administration and an LLM law degree from Tel Aviv University and is admitted to practice law in Israel.
