Jin Wei

Jin Wei has a diverse and extensive work experience. They currently hold the position of Vice President Human Resources at Comm100, where they are responsible for various HR initiatives on a global scale. This includes promoting culture, developing the organization, acquiring and developing talent, and implementing performance and compensation strategies. They also actively contribute to the company's business strategies and its overall development.

Before joining Comm100, Jin Wei worked as Deputy Director of Human Resources at JKTom from September 2020 to February 2021.

Prior to that, they gained valuable experience at UT斯达康, where they held multiple roles. They served as the Head of Global Sales Operations from November 2019 to April 2020, responsible for managing sales orders and meeting profitability targets. Before that, they worked as a Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer from July 2017 to November 2019, providing comprehensive support in various areas such as HR, finance, product strategy, and sales. They also served as the Leader of HR BP from November 2008 to June 2017, demonstrating their expertise in human resources and their ability to lead HR initiatives effectively.

Jin Wei earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ocean Science from Xiamen University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration from Zhejiang University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
