Alex Moody

Alex Moody has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Veeco, where they gained experience working in a team environment. They then worked as a Project Lead at the University of California, Santa Barbara, managing and leading an engineering team in the design of a biomedical eye spray device. Afterward, they joined BMG Seltec as a Sales Engineer. They then moved on to FiveCubits, where they worked as a Senior Sales Executive before becoming a Strategic Account/International Sales Manager. Alex then joined Command Alkon and held multiple positions, including Western Region Sales Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Sales Management - Cloud Platform. Currently, they are the Director of Solutions Specialists (Presales/Sales Engineering) at Command Alkon.

Alex Moody obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara between 2001 and 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Alex obtained a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018. Alex also completed the MEDDPICC Masterclass from MEDDICC in 2022, and will obtain the MEDDPICC Leadership & Enablement Program certification and Six Sigma White Belt certification from MEDDICC and Command Alkon, respectively, in 2023. Additionally, Alex will complete the Command Alkon Leadership Academy program in 2023.
