Eduardo Saborío is currently the Director of Customer Operations and CoE Leader for LATAM at Command Alkon, a position they began in 2025. Previously, they held various roles at Teleperformance from 2022 to 2024, including Director of Client Operations and Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Continuous Improvement. Eduardo also served as Head of Global Customer Support at Koronet from 2024 to 2025 and worked at Procter & Gamble and IBM in multiple capacities. They are pursuing a Licentiate degree in Derecho empresarial at ULACIT and have earned multiple degrees, including a Master's in Finance from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Master's in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
