Hani Ghaith

Hani Ghaith is an experienced leader in customer operations and success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations for ANZ at Command Alkon since February 2025. Previously, Hani held key positions at ABBYY, including Sr. Director of Enterprise Customer Experience and Sr. Director of Customer Success, Global, where leadership of a global team focused on business outcomes through intelligent automation solutions was integral. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Partner Success Manager at Sorted Services and Unlockd, Director of Customer Success in the APAC region at ABBYY, and various engineering and managerial positions in the telecommunications sector, including with du and Vodafone. Hani holds an MBA in Marketing from the Arab Academy Graduate School of Business and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
