Jonathan Risco

Jonathan Risco is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate strategy. Currently serving as VP of Finance at Command Alkon since March 2025, Risco previously held a role in Corporate Development & Strategy at ONE, contributing to the organization's financial progress. Risco's career at UBS spanned over a decade, during which a prominent role as Executive Director in Technology Investment Banking included advising high-growth enterprise software companies on M&A, capital raising, and leveraged finance. Previous positions at UBS encompassed advisory roles focusing on U.S. financial institutions and Latin American markets. Risco also served as Vice President and Associate at Macquarie Group, specializing in M&A and leveraged finance for insurance and financial technology sectors. Educationally, Risco holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Antwerp and additional courses in Financial and Actuarial Engineering from KU Leuven.
