Kristy Marshall

Kristy Marshall has a strong background in project management and product ownership. Kristy started their career at Sabre Holdings as a Training Representative from 1994 to 2000. In 2005, they joined Command Alkon as a Product Owner and later became a Technical Project Manager from 2015 to 2017. Kristy then moved up to become the Director of PMO from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Product Operations Director at Command Alkon. Kristy'sresponsibilities include ensuring project status and roadmap information is communicated throughout the organization, managing team onboarding and training programs, and solving operational challenges.

Kristy Marshall has a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Computer Configurations & Operations Management, from the University of Oklahoma between 1990 and 2014. In addition to their degrees, Kristy has obtained several certifications including PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2014, as well as Build, Focus, Foundations, and PMC Level III from Pragmatic Institute in 2017.
