Stephen Penders has a diverse range of work experience. Stephen started their career as an Account Executive at J. Walter Thompson in 1988, where they worked until 1990. Following this, they worked as an English Teacher and Assistant Football Coach at Seton Hall Preparatory School from 1990 to 1992. In 1992, they joined Command Financial, initially as a Sales role, and later became the President in June 2010.

Stephen Penders attended Seton Hall Preparatory School from 1978 to 1982. Stephen later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University from 1982 to 1986.
