Erwin Ferrer

Erwin Ferrer currently serves as a Senior Recruiting and Retention NCO in the Florida Army National Guard, where they prospect for future Soldiers and assist in training new Recruiters. With a career in military service that began in 2002, they previously worked as a Recruiter for the National Guard and spent time as a Calvary Scout. They also hold a position as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Command Security Corporation, where they design and implement various HR programs. In addition to their military and corporate roles, Erwin is a dedicated volunteer member of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), advocating for military-friendly employer practices.
