Erwin Ferrer has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting and Retention NCO with the Army National Guard since May 2002, focusing on the recruitment and retention of qualified Soldiers. Additionally, Erwin holds the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Command Security Corporation, where responsibilities include designing and implementing human resources programs and maintaining labor-management relations, currently on military leave. As a volunteer member of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) since July 2010, Erwin promotes a culture of employer support for military service.
