Mike Paletta

Mike Paletta is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in production and management. As the Founder and Executive Producer of Command Your Weather since May 2019, Mike has led innovative projects in weather communication. Previously, as Managing Partner and Executive Producer at CY&N by PI&C from April 2013 to January 2019, Mike played a key role in project development. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as Producer and Production Manager at New Perspective Productions and working freelance on over 40 projects along the East Coast, including television pilots and commercials. In 2008, Mike gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at MTV Networks, focusing on search engine optimization and social media strategies. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, earned in 2009.
