Gerald Sherrill

Gerald Sherrill has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gerald started their career at FiberCloud Inc in 2001, where they held various roles such as Network Systems Engineer and Regional Operations and Network Manager. During this time, they managed the operational and capital budget for the datacenters and designed customer deployments to meet deadlines. Gerald also worked on migrating a regional network to a carrier-class MPLS network and troubleshooting complex network issues. In 2011, Sherrill joined FiberCloud as the Director of Datacenter Operations and Networking before moving to Telnes in 2012 as the Director of Network/Operations and Engineering. In 2016, they joined GTT as a Director and eventually became the COO of CommandLink in 2019.

Gerald Sherrill attended the Applied Technology Institute from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in IT. During this time, they obtained certifications in CCNA, A+, and Network Plus.
