Shane Ruby

Shane Ruby serves as the Cost Assurance Manager at CommandLink since January 2025, bringing extensive experience in revenue assurance and project management from previous roles at Lingo + BullsEye, where Shane held several positions, culminating as Sr. Manager, COGS & Revenue Assurance. Responsibilities included overseeing vendor cost auditing, managing auditing teams, investigating revenue leakage, and driving process improvements. Earlier experience included leadership roles in retail management at Starbucks, where Shane was a District Manager, managing multiple store locations and enhancing partner and customer experiences, as well as a General Manager at Applebee's. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Walsh College and is pursuing further education at Oregon State University.
