Ryan Phillips

Ryan Phillips has extensive work experience in various roles in the oil and gas industry. Ryan started their career at Halliburton in 2003, where they held positions including Associate Technical Professional, Cement Technical Professional, Assistant District Manager, and Permian Basin Operation Manager. In their most recent role at Halliburton, they served as the Cementing Region Manager Southern US.

In 2018, Ryan joined B-29 Investments, LP as a Principal. Ryan then went on to become the Chairman and CEO of Axis Energy Services in 2022. Additionally, they have served as a Director at Caliber Completion Services LLC, Klear Bit Technologies, and Commando Pressure Control, Inc. since 2019.

Ryan Phillips received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. In 2016, they pursued further education at the Mays Business School of Texas A&M University and graduated in 2018, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA).
