Constance Delattre

Constance Delattre is an experienced human resources professional with a background in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Responsable ressources humaines at COMME J'AIME since May 2020, Constance oversees personnel administration, recruitment processes, disciplinary issues, and training management. Previously, Constance held the same title at Ghistelinck France from June 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating personnel administration during a significant company transition involving the transfer of 100 employees. Earlier experience includes coordinating social relations at PSA Peugeot Citroën and involvement in a social reintegration project during an internship at the Centre Communal d’Action Sociale in Valenciennes. Constance holds a Master's degree in Management des ressources humaines from IPAC Lille and a Licentiate degree in Sociology from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
